Please complete the Form below to Pre-Register for a Swap Meet Vendor spot for the 2024 34th Annual Vintage Motorcycle Rally. We encourage you to Pre-Register as it helps us determine the number of vendors, their offerings and the space will we need for you.

Just a reminder, there are no Vendor Fees for our Rally. Simply pay the per person Gate Fee for the day or weekend upon arrival. Bring tables, chairs, pop-ups, fans, etc and whatever else you may need for your site. 20A Power outlets are available throughout the Fairgrounds. Free Overnight Camping is available Friday & Saturday Night.

As of now, no showers are available on the Fairgrounds. We are working on potential solutions, but if you are reading this, please assume there will be none available. Hotels around the Burlington and Florence, KY areas are ample and a simple Google Search can point you in the right direction. Any of them will put you within 15 minutes of the Fairgrounds.

Please come to the Registration Desk upon arrival in order to check in and we will collect your entry fee if you did not pay at the Gate. $15 for the weekend per person or $10 per day. Kids 12 and under are free.

The Club will host a Potluck Dinner & Cookout at 6PM on Saturday for our Members, Family and our Swap Meet Vendors. You do not need to bring any food unless you wish to. This is our way of saying Thank You! BYOB and we will have Live Music from 4 – 730pm.
